TESC PLANS AND REPORTS
Design and development of Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control (TESC) plans and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to meet agency requirements.
DRAINAGE PLANS AND REPORTS
Design of stormwater conveyance systems, detention ponds and storage devices as well as infiltration and stormwater treatment systems to meet the complex stormwater regulations of our region.
GRADING PLANS AND EARTHWORK BALANCING
Detailed plans for a range of site grading and earthwork balancing from mass grading operations to minimize costly earthwork to grading of pedestrian curb ramps to ensure site meets ADA regulations.
WATER SYSTEM PLANS
Development of water system plans for domestic water services, fire sprinkler services and water mains to meet requirements of local water purveyor and fire authority.
SEWER SYSTEM PLANS
Design of commercial and residential side sewers, sewer main plan and profiles, septic system design and permitting, as well as residential and commercial force main design.
PAVING AND HORIZONTAL CONTROL PLANS
Development of paving and horizontal control plans to assist in project bidding and layout during construction.
ROADWAY AND FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENT DESIGN
Design of internal site roads or preparation of plans for agency required street frontage improvements including all types of road profiles, pedestrian improvements and bike and turn lanes.
ENGINEERING ESTIMATES
Detailed engineering estimate for project planning or as required by agency based on diligent observation of construction and compliance specifications.
